Troy rotary raised $38k to fight against polio.
Maggie Hammond chaired the Purple Pinkie Donut Fundraiser campaign that raised over $38,000 to fight against polio, thanks to purchases of Dunkin Donuts by Troy Rotary Club members and matching gifts from District 6880, Rotary International, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Our speaker was Dr. Raj Vinnakota, the Director for theElectronics Engineering Technology Program at Troy University. Dr. Raj updated us about the exciting first engineering technology program at Troy University. The Electronics Engineering technology program will fuel the electronics manufacturing economy in the region. The meeting was hosted by Marcus Paramore and Suman Kumar.
