2022 recipient of the Nolan Hatcher Service Above Self Scholarship: Catherine Stockstill
On June 28, Amy Flowers, the Scholarship Chair for the Troy Rotary Club, announced that Catherine Stockstill is the 2022 recipient of the Nolan Hatcher Service Above Self Scholarship. This is a four-year scholarship for $1,000 a year.
