Collin McCrary, an Investment Advisor, spoke at the Troy Rotary Club on June 7th. Collin shared his perspective on the performance of the markets and his experiences as a spotter at professional golf tournaments.
Matt Walker, cyber security consultant gave a presentation on cyber threats and how our community can protect against it.
Matt has served for more than 20 years in multiple positions in Cyber Security and Education, ranging from director of the Network Training Center and a curriculum lead/senior instructor for Cisco Networking Academy on Ramstein AB, Germany, to instructor supervisor and senior instructor at Dynetics, Inc., in Huntsville, Alabama, providing on-site certification-awarding classes for (ISC)2, Cisco, and CompTIA. He has written and contributed to numerous technical training books for NASA, Air Education and Training Command, the U.S. Air Force, and commercially with the McGraw Hill CEH All In One and continues to train and write certification and college-level IT and IA security courses. He is currently advising NASA on security operations improvement for their Consolidated Network Operations Center and teaches classes at Troy University.
